FisherPoets Gathering Special Events

The FisherPoets Gathering Gearshack at 1149 Commercial Street, next door to Fulio’s, will be open 2 to 10 o’clock Friday and noon to 10 o’clock Saturday.
Fisherpoetfans can purchase FPG event buttons here for $15, good all weekend for all venues ($5 cover at the door for any single venue).
Silent auction bidding will be 4 to 8 o’clock Saturday evening.
Friday and Saturday afternoons 1 to 3 o'clock Pat Dixon will meet individual fisherpoets to record audio of their poems for the “In the Tote” anthology.
The Gearshack will not be open Sunday.

The Global Ocean Health Program presents the award-winning documentary "Tipping Point" describing the threat of ocean acidification resulting from carbon dioxide emissions.  A report on recommendations by the Washington State Panel on Ocean Acidification follows.  Q and A after.
