2025 FisherPoets Gathering: February 21, 22 and 23

Fisherpoets are schooling up again and our venues are looking forward to hosting us. Here below is a list of fisherpoets so far who'll join us in Astoria the last weekend of February, like always.

Check back soon for a look at this year's Evening Reading Schedule and the Special Events Schedule - we'll link to them here as soon as they're ready. Keep an eye peeled for updates and changes. Parts of this year's event will be streamed live: Coast Community Radio KMUN broadcasts fisherpoetry live audio both nights from the Liberty Theatre at 91.9 FM and on line at kmun.org. And we'll have a video stream from the Liberty Theatre both nights, too: Friday night at the Liberty Theatre Saturday night at the Liberty Theatre Would you like to help us put the event on? We always appreciate volunteers. Authentic, creative voices from the commercial fishing industry are always welcome. Want to participate? Though the FisherPoets Gathering is primarily a spoken-word, or sung, event we've enjoyed the participation of many visual artists over the years.
